We found that the wetlands are just man made scenery which lack of natural beauty. The plants, water, banks are carefully planed, and it once was a village but government decided to remove it.
I learned few words:
Segregation
We learned this word because it’s a correct definition of separate. Segregation means the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things or being set apart.
Erase
The whole wetland was erased by human beings just to build a perfect wetland park, which can be seen as unnecessary and ironic. To erase means to remove something completely, often implying the removal of all traces or evidence.
Gentrify
This is the word that describes a situation to change an area for higher-class appreciation. Gentrify means to renovate and improve a neighborhood or area, typically resulting in an influx of more affluent residents.
Timeline
It’s so important that it shows a change in an area or a building. It cannot just be simplified as past and now. We must use the timeline to show clearly the process. A timeline is a graphical representation of events in chronological order, helping to visualize a sequence of events or changes over time.
Hypocrisy
People who charge the area try to use all the famous things to attract visitors' attention, even though those famous sayings don't belong to this area. Hypocrisy refers to the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's actions do not conform, often involving a pretense of virtue or sincerity that contradicts one's actual behavior.
